My Kids With Nail Polishes Last Christmas

There is a story of me last Christmas, about my two young daughters who love nail polish very much. Sometimes on the way home, the older daughter asked me to buy nail polish for her, "daddy can you buy me nail polish this Christmas?" with a very fun serious question after that, "YES or NO?".
Both my wife and I just laughed when we heard that question. Honestly, I have worked in nail supplies for a long time but never bought any nail polish because my wife doesn't use it. Also, they are for professional use, not for kids.
I knew that if I said no I would hear her say "daddy, please, pretty please!" as always and I don't think anyone could resist it. In the end, I still didn't get any nail polish for her, I am a bad daddy, right? But in my mind, one day I will bring them to my work and choose whatever they love.
Luckily, some of the gifts she opened were nail polishes for kids. Don't need to tell, I can see how happy they were at that time. And of course, everyone knows what happened after that, they opened nail polish bottles immediately and painted nails for each other.
Seeing how clumsy they were painting their nails and toes made me laugh a lot, I know I shouldn't but it was too funny, they always refused when I asked to help them. Probably because I am a male and don't do nails, they don't trust me.
They also got a new nail polish toy machine that can stamp small stickers on nails too, I will tell you about it later...
