SHIPPING
+ Normally all orders will be dispatched the next day or next 2 business days, but with big orders we will try our best to deliver as soon as possible.
+ Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, TNT Express are our delivery partners.
+ With orders over $200, you will be eligible for free shipping.
+ We do Standard Ship for $8.95 per order, and Express Ship for $15 if you would like to receive your order quicker.
+ All orders are aimed to leave our supplies within 2 business days from the order date.
+ Please note that this time frame also varies depending on the payment methods you make. For example, for all payments made via Bank Transfer, please allow time for the payment to be clear in our bank account – this process can take up to 2 business days. Once payments are clear, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
+ With orders requiring a signature on receiving, if nobody is home, you will be notified about the location of the local post office to pick up at your convenience.
+ With Express Ship Order, we will cover orders with the items that are missing or damaged during transit. That means if any item is damaged or missing during the transit, we will replace your item with a free of charge postage – providing that you adhere to the return policies mentioned above regarding the proof and notification within the timeframe.
+ IMPORTANT: We don’t take responsibility when orders without signature required are lost or stolen once it has been delivered to the correct address, or all the damages caused during transit (except Express Ship).
